Big O Tires

Lisha and Team at Big O on 40 Hwy made getting all new tires way less painful than normal, I was helped quickly, got in same day and had my car back in a short period of time. All of my questions were answered and I feel confident in my purchase and addition of the Protection Plan. Thanks for all of your help today!

I had a slow leak in my tire. Somehow I'd driven over a drywall screw. I got to Big O Tires at 5:56 pm, four minutes before closing. I said I understood if they were already closing up for the day. But they brought me in with a smile, fixed my tire, and had me back in the road in about twenty minutes! Amazing! The best part was that the guy behind the counter, David, handed me an invoice... The cost? $0. They fix simple puncture problems like this for free. I thought for sure they'd charge something for putting my truck on the lift, and fixing the tire, but it was totally free. I even got a bottle of water out of the deal. I will absolutely be coming back!

Alisha and David were very kind and helpful! They got me in immediately after hitting a pothole which sliced my tire. My last visit at a different big O tire was not the best but this one saved my day! They educated me and helped me feel comfortable and did not try to take advantage of me. I really appreciated their help today! Will go back.

Same day flat tire repair was a breeze. Booked appointment online, took my car back as soon as I arrived and had me on my way in less than an hour. Outstanding service, thanks!

So happy with my experience at BiG O Tires at the new location in Independence! Every one was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll be telling all my friends about this place! The did a great job renovating the building it’s very clean and looks professional! They had an amazing deal on full syn oil change only paid $40 after tax and it included the tire rotation I needed!! They did a full health check on my vehicle and I just booked to have my front breaks replaced this week! Thanks guys!
